First off, I just want to thank each and every one of you for the lovely messages after my last post, I was blown away with the support I received! I do have some good news for once, I’m in the clear! I got my blood test back a few days ago so I’m ready to get back into blogging and getting my life back on track.
Anyway, over the past month or so, I’ve been picking up a few bits here and there for the house, just candles and such as Autumn is finally here (I know it’s not officially but for me it starts when September does!). They’re super budget friendly so thought I would share!
Lets start off with the most exciting of the bunch, candles! Who doesn’t love candles?! I’m definitely a wax melt lover over candles when it comes to scents (which I’ve purchased LOADS of recently but didn’t take pictures before I used them) but when coming to Autumn you need lots of cosy candles because wax melts don’t create that vibe. The Apple Pumpkin & Frosted leaves were from Tkmaxx and cost just £2.99 each. These have a really good scent throw and the jars are bloody gorgeous! And I’m pretty sure there’s a fake flower hiding in my apple pumpkin one but I’ll have to melt it more. The Radiant Red Maple was from B&M Bargains (and apparently is a dupe for Bath & Body Works candles) and cost £3.99. Smells amaz!ing and has a double wick!
Next up are some glittery pumpkins! These are only Styrofoam so not the sturdiest but for £1 for the small one and £1.50 for the big one, I won’t complain! They look stunning! They’re from Poundworld and they do different colours too. I would prefer them to not be glittery but I only have Tkmaxx in my area that do Autumnal décor but they can be a bit pricey.
Next up is a Yankee Candle Votive holder. I actually picked this up from my local hospitals shop whilst waiting for my appointment and it was only £1.25! I don’t like Yankee Candle Votives so I’m just using this as a tealight holder.
I know these are more farmhouse décor but I had to include them because they’re so bloody cute! These are wooden heartshaped coasters (which really would have helped if i’d have taken an actual photo of them, sorry), and these were £1.25 from Card Factory. They come with a cute little wooden holder and go perfect with my grey table.
Now onto a bit of copper! These we’re from Poundworld too for £1 but I did recently see them reduced down to 50p each, what a bargain! The shadows these create are gorgeous at night time and they’re good quality! You’d never be able to guess the price.
I was a bit unsure if to include these or not because they’re nothing special but they were such a good deal! They were a pack of 4 glass scented tealights for £1.25! You couldn’t smell them once lit but I was thinking of long term when buying these, you can easily pop another tealight in there, so to me they’re more like tealight holders and for a pack of 4 glass ones, that a bargain! These were from The Range.
And that’s it guys! I have recently been given some Autumnal homeware stuff from family, is that something you’d like to see? I do also have bits I managed to get for free too! Let me know!
Thanks so much for reading!
