Lord & Berry Single Shadows Review

I’ve seen a lot from this brand, mainly in beauty subscription boxes or freebies in magazines but never actually tried it until now. I received 4 single shadows to test out and didn’t know what to expect.

The shades I received are Matrix (brown), Jungle Party (green), Pink Ribbon (Pink) from the SETA Collection & Scene (white) which is from the SETA Premiere collection. On first impressions, these all swatched beautifully and felt so creamy, even the mattes.

First we have matrix, which is a brown, almost black matte with teeny tiny gold glitters in. It almost has a plummy sheen to it, it’s a very unique shade and welcome it to my collection with open arms. This is my favourite out the bunch, I’m a sucker for any brown shadows. This applies and blends amazingly.

Next we have Pink Ribbon. This is a pastel matte pink and feels so creamy! I haven’t used this one on my lid as pink doesn’t suit my skintone but it swatches beautifully and going off the other shadows, I imagine it performs perfectly.

Next we have Scene from the SETA Premiere collection. This is a white iridescent shadow which shines yellow/green and it’s a stunner. When swatching this, I wasn’t sure if I’d ever use it but it looks beautiful on the lid with a darker shade in the crease. It’s gorgeous.

Last up we have Jungle Party. This is a matte, although does have a slight slight sheen to it. I never gravitate towards green shadows but this looks beautiful in the outer corner teamed up with a brown shadow. I think I’ll definitely be reaching for this a lot, it’s a gorgeous in between neutral and bright shade.

These shadows retail for Β£12 each available here, which may seem a lot, well it is but the quality makes up for it! This is the same price as a MAC shadow but these are much better quality (I never understood the hype with mac, I don’t rate their shadows that much anyway).

Thanks so much for reading!
