Looks Like A Nail Fail But It’s Not -Autumn Nail Art

Once you guys see the pictures of my nail art, you’ll be like ‘what the hell is that?!’, but guys I promise you they look so pretty in real life! This is my first attempt at nail art after My Failed Attempt At A Jelly Sandwich Mani, I seem to be having a few fails recently!

How stunning is this polish though? This is my base, Can Can by Ciate. It’s an absolute stunner! This isn’t a matte polish, I added BarryM matte topcoat to it but it’s stunning either way. I do love the nail art but I kind of wish I’d have just left this on!

So I decided to add some copper holographic glitter from Glitter Express called Copper Hologram. I thought these two colours went together perfectly for a pretty Autumn nail art. I always struggle to make glitter photograph well as it tends to show up grainy but in real life glitter always look stunning doesn’t it! Also what doesn’t help is I topcoated the glitter but because I wanted matte sides, they looked uneven.

So to make it look a little better, I decided to add a topcoat. Although I think it looks better for photo’s it really didn’t in real life. I might try something different with this combo as the colours are perfection.

What do you all think?

Thanks so much for reading!
