This month, Meebox have really outdone themselves! I’m blown away with the quality of everything they’ve included this month. This is Junes box and the theme is Splash. They’ve collaborated with the brand A-England, which is a indie brand I’ve always wanted to try so I was very excited to say the least to give these a whirl.
So starting off with the start of the star of the show, Whispering Waves. How stunning is this polish? It’s a teal linear holographic and I can’t get over just how pretty it is! This is 2 coats and a topcoat as it does dry a little dull. The formula is amazing, doesn’t streak and dries so quick. Amazing!
Now, I know this box theme is Splash but this polish really does remind me of Autumn. Maybe that’s just the crazy Christmas lady coming out but it really does! It’s not a bad thing as Autumn is my favourite season and this shade gets me so excited for it! This is called Gloriana and it’s a deepish red with gold glitter. I’ll be wearing this a lot!
The last polish I decided not to post a photo. This is a purple cream polish with really fine glitter in it and it’s absolutely stunning. For some reason though, my phone refuses to see it’s purple and show up blue. No matter what angle. The photo at the beginning of this post is the closest I could get to its true colour. Is it only my camera that does this?! The polish is almost a one coater!
This is also another product I’ve wanted to try for a while. I’ve seen many nail polish bloggers rave about this, the Mess No More from Mini Mani Moo. This is a peel off base coat and a liquid tape for around the nails. I’ve tried and tested quite a few of these types of products and this one is pretty impressive! It dries super quick and removes in one piece. The only downfall is it’s hard to apply as a basecoat as it has a doefoot applicator and it leaves little bumps. I’m definitely going to carry on using it though as it’s the best out of the ones I own (including OPI).
Now onto the last couple of products, starting off with the nail vinyl’s from Nail-Mail. I haven’t used vinyls in forever! These are mermaid scales and are so easy to use. You get 16 sets so enough for a full mani plus a few extras.
Last up is some lovely nail charms from She Sells Sea Shells. They’ve included 17 lovley charms which are shells and starfish. I’ll be posting a picture on Instagram using everything from this box so make sure you’re following me on there to see it! (sorry I haven’t posted in a while!).
This box is £18 a month when you pay for 3 months upfront or £20 for a one off box. This month you get around £40 worth so I think it’s definitely worth investing in!
Thanks so much for reading everyone!
