Healthy Nail Polish?

Little Ondine are a natural nail polish company where their polish is actually healthy for your nails! The polishes are composed of Natural Resin, organic colourants and water. They are odorless and peel off!

Before getting onto my experience, I want to share their packaging, not the bottle (although I love it) but their box. It’s so unique, I love it!

It folds out and has all the information you need about the Polish, how to use it etc. Such clever packaging! I would show it you with the bottle inside but unfortunately I broke it as I’m so heavy handed.

So let’s get on with the Polish itself, I have Dark Crystal (which I’d annoyingly on the box and not the bottle meaning I need to keep a broken box). It’s a gorgeous glitter, almost holographic dark grey polish. It’s so so so so pretty!

The formula with the Polish isn’t great however. I can’t speak for any other polishes, but this took 3/4 coats to get it fully opaque. But it does look gorgeous when done, so to me it’s worth it. But being a mum to a very hyper toddler, it’s hard to wait for each coat to dry. So doing 4 is a bit of a pain. But for people without kiddies, it’s an excuse to not move!

The finish is nice and glossy, I did however add Seche Vite topcoat as it’s quicker drying, but it definitely doesn’t need one.

The polish peels off in one big piece, which is great, no more nasty nail polish remover, I seriously wish every polish could be like this!

Their site is Little Ondine if you’re interested, they have a gorgeous Christmas set that I’ve got my eye on!

Thanks so much for reading ❀

  1. May I ask….how were you able to connect to Bloglovin with WordPress? I’m not really as savvy with this stuff and understood one could NOT do so with WordPress…but there you have done it! πŸ™‚

    1. Oh it took me a while, it was infuriating! As it was a while ago and I don’t really use bloglovin, I can’t promise I’m right. But as far as I remember you need to add a rss widget, there is some text you have to put in there I can’t remember for the life of me what it is, to your home page, then when you type in your blog on bloglovin to connect, it should find it. Hope this helps, if it doesn’t, let me know and I’ll double check what’s in the widget as I’m on mobile right now. Xxx
