Products I Use For Dry Skin

My skin is the absolute worst. When I don’t keep up with my daily routine, it starts feeling so flaky and makeup looks absolutely terrible. After only a couple of days of not doing my routine, it’s like I’ve never moisturised in my life.

So I’m doing this post to show what I use to help my skin feeling soft and flake free! It’s nothing exciting and I don’t use anything high end but this is what works for me.

First up, I wash my face with Simple Moisturising Facial Wash. I use this every day, and every other day I use an exfoliating mitt to wash the dry skin off. This seems to work for me more than an exfoliating face wash as it’s not too harsh or too dry and I’m still using a Moisturising wash.

Next I moisturise with Avon royal jelly face cream. I’m not going to ramble too much on these products, most of which I’ve blogged about before. This stuff is extra intensive moisture, so is perfect for dry/flakey skin.

At night, I do the same, wash my face with the Simple face wash. I then cleanse with the Vitamin E Cream Cleanser to remove any makeup/dirt and moisturise even more.

Then to finish it off, I apply Nivea Regenerating Night Cream. This stuff is thick and I love it! I don’t like greasy moisturisers but when I put this on my face, I can literally feel my face soaking it up.

Then every few days I use the Hydrating face mask to make sure it’s extra hydrated.

Anyway guys, I hope this helps someone! Doesn’t take a load of cash or high end products to help your skin out. Just do what works for you.

  1. I have such dry skin but never really found anything that works for me. I haven’t tried the Night Regenerating Night Cream though, I might have to give it a go!

  2. I’m currently battling an oil slick! My skin is never the same for very long, last week it was super dry, can’t keep up lol, that simple face wash is brilliant though, so good for the price too x
